WHY KIBAKI WILL WIN BY A LANDSLIDE
Narc-kenya UK Secretariat.
So the president has chosen to vie on PANU, and not Narckenya as has been widely believed?
IN Robert Greene’s best seller, the 33 strategies of war, chapter 24 talks about the ordinary-extraordinary strategy, he advises….Do the unexpected. If always calm be radical, if always radical do something ordinary. He further goes; there is no advantage in attacking by the expected means and methods. He goes on and cites five historical examples.
By choosing PANU, the president has killed numerous birds with one stone: he has avoided the snare of groupthink, he chose the righteous Strategy justifying his cause as the correct and moral way. Showing his opponent's self-serving side. Unlike others, he proved he is above petty party and tribal politics, he formed a formindable alliance with a national representation, and he gave the members the onus and an equal chance of delivering votes and parliamentary seats to him et cetera, et cetera.
The opposition’s reaction was immediate and predictable, after wrongly thinking it would be narc Kenya, and after spending a substantial amount of time mudslinging it as a tribal Party: Narc kikuyu (charity ngilu) and despite having a national outlook, it hit them too late that they had been denied the target: It is called the strategy of the void, or the lure of the void, and they were badly frustrated. Such state of mind has and would increase their chances of mistakes.
So despite Ngilu having called narc kenya narc kikuyu she has decided to back Kalonzo musyoka’s bid, but truly convinced he will lose so she puts an unenforceable catch ‘Join Raila first for me to back you’ but Kalonzo won’t hear of it, Ironically, since most MP’s allied to Kalonzo’s ODM-kenya seem to come from the same tribe it now has a new tag ODM-kamba. The moral is: if your house is made of glass don't throw stones at your neighbors.
It is now crystal clear that the president is on a higher level than the other aspirants; they will have to defeat the parties in the alliance first, before getting to his level-but there is a catch: those parties have a motivation: the president has mentioned that he would be happy to work with them, so they are halfway home.
So, given the transient nature of Kenya’s political parties, are they denying the nation the benefits of stability, maturity and wisdom that come with age, epitomised by the Kibaki’s presidency?
In simple terms, do we really expect these weak-kneed political organisations to generate alternative policies when their membership and political outlook shift by the day?
The answer is probably not, that’s why the president has mastered the art of silence they say silence makes the best conversation, (and it has and will) he has said time and again he has no time for empty rhetoric, epitomised by the Orange parties (and MOI concurs)
The president is using The Perfect Economy Strategy--He fights economically, conserving all his assets.-ironically he is an economist. He knows his strengths and plays to them, his strength does not lie on parties, and he knows they are just flags of convenience in the quest for power and not based on any serious ideologies or pursuing any concerted programmes.
And war consists of weakening the other side—militarily, financially and morally. Like a giant iceberg, the president serves as the international official symbol for economic and democratic progress in Africa, and lies above the surface - the tip of the iceberg. But, below the surface is its strength - the massive structure that serves to give strength to the tip- the people’s goodwill, such emanates from a superb economic perfomance on the ground, in the shortest period of time, and beyond the peoples wildest expectations. That’s why asked who challenges him most ,former US president Bill Clinton said it was President Kibaki, and he paid him a visit in 2005 because of his free primary education policy, among others and it explains why recently Virgin boss Sir Richard Branson, by stepped 52 African countries but opted to take his airline to Kenya.
Enter Mzee Moi; he supported the opponents of the Kibaki administration in a referendum over the draft constitution in 2005. Instead of seeing the carefully baited trap, the gullible Raila, Kalonzo, and Ruto, took the bait, hook and sinker.Wrongly believing that their former master was with them in their bid to oust Kibaki.
When they came out ‘victors’, their egos badly bloated and guided by inadequate intelligence they dared Kibaki to sack them, and he did it. Unknown to them, they were throwing their ace cards away continuing to credit the referendum ‘win’ to themselves they’d say…wembe ni ule ule…But Moi as a self appointed Professor of politics, and the late Jaramogi is a testimony to that, he would not sit and watch his former officials ascend to power in his lifetime. He started by declaring that he had the final say on Rift Valley’s political future.
He then waited for another six long months before declaring his support for Kibaki’s second term. Why did he take so long, He must have calculated the consequences of his declaration to maximise the effects. Who did he consult? Why after ODM split? Why when the Parliament was about to be dissolved, he is now in campaign full swing, and has predicted a Kibaki win.
So In figures the votes garnered in 1997 by Mzee Moi was 2,445,801, while kibaki got 1,895,527 in 2002 kibaki got 3, 646, 277, and Uhuru got 1,835,890, while Nyachae got 345, 152, so all these four men and others Combined against the two year young ODM parties, and not mentioning their influence and immense financial Muscle but then the economic systems were almost grinding to a halt, and now the case is almost reversed.
Narc Kenya UK Chapter Salutes H.E Rais Mwai Kibaki and his Government for the ongoing economic progress at home and our support is Rock Solid and all Kenyans for your Patriotism and ongoing Support for his re-election bid.
FACT; Opposition leaders do not seem to learn from history and are oblivious to the fact that a combination of Kibaki and Moi and their allies, friends and Kenyans in Diaspora could be lethal. Both are men of resources and have solid regional and national and international support besides sharing experiences from the three administrations, therefore His Excellency Rais Mwai kibaki, EGH, M.P will win by nothing less than a landslide. Opposition must brace itself for the final war for they will be defeated in detail.

SPEECH BY HIS EXCELLENCY HON. MWAI KIBAKI, C.G.H., M.P., PRESIDENT AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA DURING THE INTER PARTIES COOPERATION ANNOUNCEMENT AT KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE, NAIROBI 16TH SEPTEMBER, 2007
Fellow Kenyans,
I want to begin by thanking you for the support you have given me over the last four and a half years. I am humbled by your overwhelming endorsement and support for me and my leadership.
I also want to thank my family; in particular my wife, the First Lady, Lucy and our children for their love and encouragement. I thank the Almighty God for his guidance and for enabling me to serve you.
Fellow Kenyans,
As a country, we are grateful to God for supporting us during some of our most difficult and sometimes tragic times. We still remember with weary hearts the loss of Vice President Kijana Wamalwa and Cabinet Ministers Geoffrey Parpai, Mohammed Khalif and Karisa Maitha.
We also remember the leaders who left us as a result of the Marsabit air crash and many other Kenyans. We feel their absence, especially at this moment. I am very grateful to be accompanied by leaders of political parties that are represented here.
I thank them most sincerely for their support and for joining hands with me and fellow Kenyans as we continue to develop our beautiful country in an environment of peace, stability, unity and progress for all Kenyans.
Today, I am pleased to announce that I will be running for a second and final term as your President.
I will, therefore, be seeking the support of all of you Kenyans so as to continue making our country an even better and greater home for all of us. KAZI IENDELEE.
I am asking for your support because despite the many challenges that have faced us in the last few years, the spirit that makes us Kenyans and our dedication to success has resulted in many achievements for all Wananchi.
For example:
1. Millions of children who would otherwise be out of school have a hope in life due to the Free Primary Education Programme.
2. Women who used to walk for kilometers in search of water now have access to clean tap water. NA KAZI INAENDELEA.
3. Farmers who had given up on farming now have access to markets and enjoy good prices for their produce.
4. Rural communities who had never seen electricity since independence now have lights. NA KAZI INAENDELEA.
5. Hospital cabinets which were empty are now stocked with medicines and an additional 1,000 health centres have been built to bring healthcare closer to Kenyans.
6. We have empowered our communities in every part of Kenya through the CDF programme.
7. Thousands of Kenyans who have lived as squatters since independence have now been empowered through issuance of title deeds. NA KAZI INAENDELEA.
8. More than 4,000 kilometres of roads have been constructed and rehabilitation of our transport network means better movement of all Kenyans.
We have been able to achieve all these because of the support of all Kenyans and focused leadership that placed the needs of Wananchi first. Leadership is about delivery of development, the improvement of the lives of all Kenyans.
Leadership is NOT about vindictiveness and empty politics. It is also NOT about empty propaganda and tribal politics.
Fellow Kenyans,
I am saddened by the fact that some politicians are polarizing the country along tribal lines. These politicians do not want to focus on the real issues that affect Wananchi. That is not the direction we want to see Kenya going.
As a patriot and as your leader, I will continue to dedicate myself to the ideal of national unity.
The foundation of my leadership is guided by the words of our national anthem: JUSTICE BE OUR SHIELD AND DEFENDER, MAY WE DWELL IN UNITY, PEACE AND LIBERTY.
Having considered the issues and challenges that face the future of our Nation, we have decided to form an Alliance of Political Parties who believe that we should give highest priority to the welfare of individual Kenyans, peace unity and development of our country.
- An Alliance of Parties that represent the desires of the people of Kenya.
- An Alliance that says we want a Kenya that is JUST. A Kenya where it does not matter where you were born or where you live because you are a Kenyan and should be Proud to be a Kenyan.
- An Alliance that gives hope for the future. That says, it does not matter whether you were born rich or poor, you can go to school and get an opportunity to change your life.
- An Alliance that stands for accountability and good governance of public resources.
- An Alliance that says that yes, we have made major economic and social strides but there is still a lot of work that remains to be done.
- An Alliance that is committed to continuously reduce the levels of poverty and ensure every Kenyan has access to food, shelter, health and education.
- An Alliance that says every Kenyan, Man and Woman, Young and Old, DESERVES to live in a stable and united country.
My Fellow Kenyans,
In order to safeguard the gains we have achieved to date and to attain the objectives and ideals we have spelt out, I have decided that I will seek re-election as President of the Republic of Kenya under an Alliance that we have named THE PARTY OF NATIONAL UNITY.
The members of this alliance shall include KANU, FORD KENYA, FORD PEOPLE, NARC-KENYA and SHIRIKISHO, among others. I would like to emphasize that each party will retain its identity and we will work together as an alliance of distinct parties. We also invite other parties who hold similar objectives to join hands with us.
From today, a co-ordinating group of the Alliance will prepare for the formal launch of my Presidential Campaign on September 29.
Fellow Kenyans,
Four and a half years ago, you entrusted the leadership of our country to me. I thank you for giving me this opportunity because together we are transforming Kenya. Things have become better but we are far from where want to be.
That is why I am requesting you to give me and our Alliance an opportunity to continue building our nation. KAZI IENDELEE.
GOD BLESS YOU
GOD BLESS KENYA
Narc Kenya UK Chapter Officially Launched
The Vice President Hon, Dr.A.A. Moody Awori, E.G.H., E.B.S., MP a.k.a uncle moody who is also the Narc Kenya deputy party Leader on Wednesday 22nd August 2007 presided over the launch of the UK chapter for the NARC-Kenya political party which has for a long time been thought as a replacement of the NARC-Coalition Government. He also launched the official website after presenting a single rose to the chairman which is the party’s symbol. If one goes by the sentiments expressed by UK Chapter Chairman Mungai Chengecha, then NARC-Kenya is the ‘re-dressed’ future ruling party. Asked about the pertinent issues of President Kibaki’s affiliation, the media was left to judge by the innuendoes which subtly indicate NARC-Kenya would be the choice party for His Excellency president Mwai Kibaki, Commander In Chief of the armed Forces of the republic of Kenya and the seating MP for Othaya Constituency in Nyeri District. Chengecha is not an ordinary chairman. He has the Minister of defence’s ears.
During the launch at the Intercontinental hotel Park Lane the event was attended by Kenyans from as far as Scotland, mainly the NARC-Kenya UK chapter members. The VP reiterated the 2030 vision for Kenya and his firm believe that the present Government will still form the next Government as he saw no depth in the opposition.Mr. Chengecha later paraded his interim officials present who included Secretary Ms. Ruth Kibicha, Treasurer Mr. Peter Gitau, Counsellor Ms. Lillian Rono, Mr. Kinuthia Nyanjui, Executive officer Meshack Kosgei, and Mr. Abdi Gure Farah who is an aspirant for Samburu East on a Narc Kenya Ticket. The Chapter intends to hold a major recruitment and awareness drive in London either late September or early October this year.
