Registration of members is free of charge and is open to all Kenya citizens, who promise to adhere to the Narc-k constitution and subscribe to its mission statement.
Associate membership is open to all persons who, not being Kenyans or Kenyan descent, are friends of Kenya and promise to adhere to Narc-k constitution and subscribe to its mission statement. Such members shall not be eligible to contest an elected office and they shall not be eligible to vote.
